Interactive Map

Digitize floor plans with booths, layers, POIs, and routes; publish and serve an explorable map to visitors and exhibitors on the web. Go beyond static PDFs with an operational map that grows with registration and B2B data.

Overview

The Interactive Map replaces static PDF floor plans with a live wayfinding and operations tool. You draw booths, add layers (food & beverage, stages, service points) and points of interest; visitors build their own route on web and mobile and find the exhibitor they need in seconds.

The map runs in the same ecosystem as exhibitor and registration data: when a booth owner changes or a new exhibitor is added, the plan updates automatically. Both the visitor experience and the ops team's on-site visibility grow from the same source.

Business outcomes

  • Cut the time it takes visitors to find what they need on the floor.
  • Eliminate PDF plan updates and reprints entirely.
  • Raise booth value by increasing exhibitor visibility.
  • Give field teams up-to-date hall visibility from one screen.

Key capabilities

Digital booth and block drawing

Draw hall geometry by booth, aisle, and block; manage area and numbering visually.

Layer and POI management

Toggle points of interest like entrances, info desks, stages, and catering as layers; visitors see the layer they care about.

Search and wayfinding

Let visitors search by exhibitor name or booth number; the system shows the shortest route on the map.

Live synced data

Exhibitor and booth changes flow to the map automatically; no more re-distributing PDFs.
